Watch your thumbs!

I signed Olivia up for one of the Build and Grow projects at Lowe's.  She built a...Ghoul Bus.

She is armed and ready!
 All the pieces laid out.
 Ready to begin destruction construction.
A rare sight...Chris is reading instructions.
 Watch out!!
 Crazed Carpenter!!
 A job well done!!
And now, its my turn to help with the stickers. Not a great idea for someone OCD.
I will not put the stickers on by myself.
I will refrain.  It's her project.
Oh, look.  She's doing an AWESOME job!!
I guess the OCD tendencies run in the family.
 Good job, Olivia!!
 She was so proud!

And we were so proud of her!
The completed Ghoul Bus and patch for her apron.

Sometimes you just wanna play with your camera

These were taken in July. I'm still cleaning up my picture files.

I have these incredibly cool 3D tiles by Harmony Kingdom from the Picturesque Collection.  You put  20 tiles together to form a picture.  The set I have is Wimberley Tales.

 On the lookout...

Pinwheel, pinwheel, spinning around.  Look at my pinwheel and see what I've found.
She loves ballet, snow and snowglobes.  Looks like Aunt Wendy hit a home run!

Handy Manny helps Oscar with his new smoothie shop.  That Handy Manny is one helpful guy.

 Concentration

 Hamming it up
I'm flashing forward to teenage years...
I know I'm her mom, but I find her breathtaking.

 I love her.

Fourth of July weekend

There aren't many pictures because I'm not done sorting since the reformat and it was so hot I barely wanted to lift my arms.  You get what you get and you don't pitch a fit.

On the Fourth of July, we went to the park.

Mighty muscles!
While Chad, Lauren and kids were visiting we went to the beach.  Sometimes, it's really hard to get a picture of Olivia.  She never stops moving.
This dude didn't get the message that it was blazing hot. Seriously, boots, long sleeve shirt and jeans....to the beach...in summer....?
Daddy and Olivia walking toward me because I was camped out under the "sunbrella".
Even walking away from me, she's adorable.
Chad watching his family frolic in the water
 Family frolicking in the water
There's a new (to me, at least) beach activity.  You surf (sort of) while harnessed to a kite/parachute contraption.  They get some really big air!!

Caylin will not be invited back during the summer because, well...look.  Kill me.  You couldn't have paid me to be in a picture next to her in a bathing suit.  It's a good thing that she's so sweet.
