Until I became a mother, I did not understand

The profound sense of love in a Mother's heart and hands.

As I Whisper, "Mommy loves you", I rock my precious child to sleep.

Small perfection in my arms; sweet breaths, slow and deep.

I now see me as a baby; your rocking me to sleep.

You whisper, "Mommy loves you, my heart is yours to keep."

At last I recognize your love, as a Mother I now see.

As I hold and love my child, you felt that love for me.

I will always be your baby, despite the years that pass.

You have given me my life, and a Mother's heart to last.

The weather is beautiful...Sun is the best source for Vitamin D...It's the best way to increase your energy levels...It's great for your overall health...Bathing suit season is almost upon us (uuugh!)...I want to lead by example for my daughter...

Hello, Fellow Outlaws!

Well, the time is drawing near! Some of you are registered to walk and some are not, but fear not, there is still time to join us!! The walk is at 10 am on May 15 at Victor Ashe Park. You can register at the walk - registration starts at 9 am. The walk is a lot of fun! Last year, they had live music, young gymnasts, face painters, a Home Depot workshop, antique cars, silent auction, breakfast from Krispy Kreme and lunch from Calhoun's.

It's a fun way to spend the day while helping raise awareness and find the cure for Cystic Fibrosis. Together we can make CF stand for "Cure Found"!

If you want a shirt, I will need to know by Thursday, April 8th. Just let me know how many shirts and the sizes you want and you will get ot have your very own team shirt. Sizes available are Youth XS - 4XL and will be $10 a shirt.
