With everything that we've had going on this past year, I've been off my fundraising game.
It's time for me to ask you to donate to help find a cure for this awful disease. We have been fortunate that Olivia has had a healthy year - it has been 14 months since she was hospitalized (knock on wood...now do it again just to be safe). Please give what you can so the medications can be found to save her life. We know the drugs are out there and they aren't far off from being found or released, but without donations the money isn't there to continue with the research. Cystic Fibrosis is considered an "orphan illness" and, therefore, receives no government funding (read about the Orphan Drug Act). It's up to us (all of us) to help out in any way we can.
She's worth it.
