Sorry if this post grosses anyone out....
Normally when Olivia is able to cough anything up she swallows it before we see it, but last night we saw it. It didn't look like I thought it would, it was (*trying to hold back gag reflex*) thicker and much milkier than I expected. She coughed up stuff again this morning and it was the same. It takes a lot to make me queasy, but phlegm/mucus is the way! Anyway, is this what the mucus always looks like? I thought it would look more like really slimy, clear spit. This was my first time seeing it so I want to make sure it's ok.

Reilly's (when I see it, which is not often) is the same. Very phlemy. The color is probably coing from some of the milk Olivia drinks. As long as it is not yellow or greenish tinged, I think it's ok.
It is yellowish in color. I will probably be calling clinic in a little while.
Clear or white is ok. Green or yellow, no good. Time to call the doctor! Probably just a minor infection.
I call Breezy's Mucus super glue, it is clear and very very sticky.
This may gross you out too, but when I cough up plugs it usually has a milky and gooey consistency and it also has a slight colored tinge to it.
