In remembrance of the beautiful and inspirational Eva Markvoort, we (my husband, daughter and I) would like to make it Honorary 65 Red Roses Day or Eva Markvoort Day. It would have been her 26th birthday tomorrow and we feel her life and legacy should be remembered, cherished and most importantly, celebrated! We never had the honor of meeting Eva in person, but feel as though we knew her from her online journal and I know thousands of you feel the same.
So please join us tomorrow and wear red, become an organ donor, donate to help find a cure for Cystic Fibrosis and, above all else, please LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Great idea. I'll definitely break out the red tomorrow. I'm still finding it hard to believe that she is really gone.
