Can you say eww!
Her doctor said it was probably Hand/Fecal Contamination. He spoke with the Infectious Disease doctor at the hospital who said she probably touched somewhere that is normally covered by a diaper and then put her hand in her mouth. Even if she didn't get poo on her hand, she could get the E. Coli germs. So it's apparently pretty common...and nasty.

OH man.. the germs we come in contact with through our hands... ughh!!!
Seamus cultured something that came from poop once too. I can't remember the name but not E.Coli. There's not a whole lot you can do. I'm glad they caught it.
