Well, we are on our way home-she had vast improvement from last night and early morning. Her diagnosis was CF with acute fever and exacerbation of Sinusitis (basically, they don't know). All the tests came back negative or in the normal range. She had started Omnicef on Wednesday so it could have been Strep, but wouldn't have shown up because the antibiotics were already doing their job. Whatever the case, we are happy she is better and coming home!
